Vacaville Public Education Foundation (VPEF) 3rd Annual Halloween Ball (October 2008)

On October 25th, VPEF hosted it’s 3rd Annual Halloween Ball at Porter Plaza in Vacaville. The costume party attained net proceeds of over $40,000 for the non-profit that will help fund Vacaville public education after-school programs, music, sports, technology, wellness and literacy.
