Distance: Trails are linked to provide varying distances. They range from less than half a mile to 10 or more, depending upon the route mapped out.

Level of difficulty: Very easy to severe. Beginners and casual hikers should plan their trails in advance to avoid steep grades. There are no easy biking trails.

Time: Varies, depending upon the number and choice of trails chosen. The garden is worth an hour alone.

Cautions: Dogs on leash or in dog run are allowed only in RV area (except service dogs). During the summer, the park is open only until 8 p.m. Gates are locked with cars inside, so be out on time. Animals (i.e., horses) and hikers have the right-of-way on paths. Bicycles are not permitted on certain trails.
